Gardein launches new additions to its Ultimate Plant-Based collection

Gardein is adding seven additional meat alternative products to its Ultimate Plant-based line. These will be available to purchase as of June this year.

So what are these products? Well…there will be the Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based Chick’n Wings in buffalo and bbq style; the Chick’n Spicy Fillets, the Saus’ge Links in Bratwurst and Spicy Italian varieties. Also, the Breakfast Saus’ge in Original and Spicy patties

Headquartered in Chicago, Conagra Brands is the owning company of several well-known food brands, including Gardein. Its portfolio aims to cover the ever-evolving tastes of consumer food preferences and includes those such as Birds Eye, Earth Balance and Frontera

“Eating plant-based should never mean settling for a limited menu,” said Jill Dexter, Conagra Brands Vice President /General Manager. “Gardein is committed to adding delicious new food to our line-up, and we’re really excited for consumers to try out these offerings.”

Developing flavours of Ultimate Plant-Based Collection

The Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based collection debuted in 2020 and initially contained just burgers. The following year the Ultimate Plant-Based Chick’n range was added, including tenders, nuggets and fillets. 

Gardein believes that its plant-based meat alternatives offer a great variety for those eating plant-based or anyone wanting to test out the vegan waters. The products are chef-inspired and can be found in the frozen food aisle.

The new additions to the Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based lineup with be available from grocery stores, retailers and via ecommerce from the start of June; check out the Gardein website for full details of ingredients and handy reviews and recipe suggestions.
