Nut butter company ‘Nutcessity’ have launched caffeinated coffee and walnut nut butter, making it the 4th product to come out in their range.
Nutcessity says their butter is made from five ‘simple ingredients’ being, 2 per cent organic and Fairtrade Ethiopian coffee beans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, toasted coconut & salt. The product is also keto and low sugar, while all of the company’s range is organic, vegan and free from palm oil, added sugars and peanuts.
The coffee used is supplied from third-generation company Wogan Coffee, that roasts their coffee in small batches, before being ground to enhance the taste of each coffee particle.
The coffee and walnut spread only contains 9.4% carbohydrates and 3.5% natural sugars and is perfect on crispbread, porridge, fruit or in your morning smoothie – according to their press release.
While their latest product is not recommended for children or pregnant women, their other nut butters gingerbread almond, caramel cashew and their award-winning date & walnut can be enjoyed by all.
The founder and Director of Nutcessity, Mike Duckworth, said: ‘We are proud of creating unique, niche products that a small majority will love. You can really taste the coffee; it’s beautifully earthy and natural and complements the walnuts brilliantly.”
The coffee and walnut nut butter is available today in independent retail stores & online.
