As an ethical vegan, Erin concentrates on veganising classic comfort food, rather than providing healthy food options. We’re totally fine with that! She has a particular focus on plant-based seafood and dishes inspired by East Asian cuisine. Erin is also a food photographer, so her vegan recipe blog is sure to get your tastebuds tingling.

Okay, so this is technically not a vegan ‘blog’, but Meera Sodha contributes weekly plant-based recipes to The Guardian’s weekly cookbook, Feast. Her recipes are usually Asian-inspired and you can always be sure that they pack a punch! Real crowd-pleasers, these dishes never fail to impress! We particularly love her dals and ramens. The miso ramen recipe below is a couple of years old, but we love it so much that it’s still just as good in 2020.
